Description
Silver Sedge Wet Flies
The two most common sedge flies on rich lowland reservoirs and gravel pits of central England are the Silver Sedge and Grousewing.
The Silver Sedge Wet Fly works in all positions on the cast, but the point is probably best. Loch-style daytime fishing and upwind evening fishing from July and upwind evening fishing from July through to September see the fly at its best.
