With its sparkling silver body and slim teal wing the Teal, Blue and Silver bears an uncanny resemblance to a small fish.  Along with the Teal and Black and Teal and Green, it has been a popular fly on Scottish lochs for 200 years.  Then Teal, Blue and Silver is a good fly for both lake and river, especially for sea trout, in sizes 8 to 10.  It is also effective when blue damselflies are on the water.
