Description
White Moth Wet Flies
The White Moth Wet Fly imitates the ghost and swift moths, which are reasonably common throughout Britain. Fish it on a floating line and cast it as to drop the fly with a ‘plop’. This simulates the natural moth, which does fall rather heavily on to the water. The White Moth pattern has accounted for some very good trout – and some specimen carp! The White Moth Wet Fly is obviously a pattern with which to experiment as well as to fish at the appropriate time.
